ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Overseeing day-to-day operations of site
· Engage and manage service providers for repairs and maintenance as directed by client
· Manage contracts and performance of service providers through regular physical checks and site walk
· Convene and attend all meetings; prepare minutes and reports for meeting
· Attend to residents’ feedbacks
· Prepare and submit an annual budget
· Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies
· Process and assist in putting up paper for Extraordinary works as directed when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
· Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering/ related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
· Mature and independent with the ability to lead team to drive results
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and IT Savvy
· Knowledge of BMSMA
· Candidate with certificate in Managing Agent Practice will have an added advantage
