Job Responsibilities:
- Overall Responsible for Tenancy Matters of Tenants and Managing of Lease Issues with Tenants
- Site Management and ensure Compliance to Authorities regulations.
- Formulate strategies which encompass rental review
- Negotiate the renewal of Tenancy Agreements.
- Perform Credit Analysis on customers
- Develop and maintain strong Landlord-Tenant relationship.
- Responsible for Rental Collection and monitor Credit Control of Tenants
- Liaise with Legal Department on Legal Cases
- Handover/Takeover of leased units
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration / Marketing
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial rental or Self Storage portfolio
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking clients)
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
- A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work in a team
