Job Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting: Responsible for daily bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and ensuring clear and accurate accounts.
- Document Review: Review various financial documents to ensure their accuracy and compliance.
- Online Banking Transactions: Perform transaction operations in the online banking system, ensuring accurate recording of fund movements.
- Tax Filing: Assist in tax filing to ensure timely completion of all tax declarations.
- Document Archiving: Properly manage and archive financial documents and materials, ensuring completeness and security of information.
- Inventory and Acceptance Supervision: Participate in or supervise inventory counts and material acceptance to ensure consistency between records and actual stock.
- Collaboration with External Financial Firm: Work with the external financial and tax consulting firm, providing necessary financial data and support.
- Other Financial Tasks: Complete other financial-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant financial work experience.
- Familiarity with financial software and office software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong professional ethics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with external partners.
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations and financial analysis skills.
