Job Description
Our client is a leading fragrance maker. Currently it is seeking a Travel Retail Coordinator to join the Travel Retail team handling the fragrance business in Asia Pacific. This is an office-based role. The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative, planning and coordination.
- Coordinator of the entire promotion planning and execution progress.
- Submission of promotion proposal to retailers.
- Track promotion results during and after the promotion with retailer.
- Analyze effectiveness of promotion.
- Update master promotion calendar and presentation.
- Follow-up on sales team results and arrange to deliver incentives.
- Work with Training division to arrange for dissemination of training notes
- Responsible for creating planogram to be disseminated to retailers
- Plan, submit visual request for all counters
- Consolidate sales data from customers and update monthly master sales reports.
- Work with Managers to prepare and submit listing proposals.
- Arrange Beauty Adviser quarterly product allowance
- Assist in seminar or events preparation whenever required.
Requirements
- You have minimum 1 years of working experience. Candidate who has experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidate without experience are welcome to apply as training is provided
- Possess good coordination and communication skills and is able to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word and internet/social media savvy.
- Woek location is at Orchard
