Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to independently handle full set of accounts and assist in timely closing and reporting to meet the Group deadlines.
- Handle Singapore/Regional Billing, payment and reporting.
- Monitor and supervise fixed assets, including computation of depreciation, verify the integrity and the existence of assets.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
- Submit GST, claims, etc., in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with Bank, Company Secretary, Auditor and Tax Agent on administrative and statutory matter.
- Any other ad-hoc Finance and admin duties assigned by immediate supervisor, manager or management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Partial ACCA in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting software (A2000 Solutions) and regional taxes is an added advantage.
- Meticulous and responsible team player with excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and takes initiative to take up new challenges
