- Handle customer complaints or inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Operate and troubleshoot point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
- Utilize technology for tracking sales, managing inventory, and processing transactions.
- Ensure all promoters adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
