Senior Finance Manager

Company: An China-based beverage brand.

Position: Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Implement and maintain effective cost control measures to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the SEA Financial Controller to ensure alignment with regional financial strategies and compliance with regulations.
• Lead financial audits and ensure accurate and timely financial documentation.
• Develop and monitor key financial performance indicators.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in the Food and Beverages industry.
• Proven experience in cost control and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with regional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a financial controller role.
• Advanced degree in Finance or related field.
• Familiarity with SEA regional financial practices and regulations.
