Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Customer Service:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
• Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
  • Create staff schedules and manage payroll.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
• Wine Knowledge:
  • Assist in developing the wine list and suggest pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Train staff on basic wine knowledge, including types, regions, and tasting notes.
  • Engage with customers to provide basic wine recommendations.
• Sales & Marketing:
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote special events, promotions, and seasonal offers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and enhance the outlet's reputation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of wines, including understanding different types, regions, and pairing suggestions.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
• Customer-oriented with a strong focus on quality and service.
