A startup hedgefund seeking an administrative individual who has the following areas of interest to grow with the company in expansion and through transition to our permanent premises:
Job Responsibilities/Duties
- Handle incoming calls, mails, couriers, deliveries
- Receive guests and settling their meetings in a professional manner
- Manage office inventory and supplies as/when required
- Assist in any daily office facilities and maintenance services
- Upkeep of office floor and corners eg. pantry, copier printing corner, conference rooms, common areas etc
- Ensure the overall office façade and front of house runs smoothly
- Basic calendaring management and scheduling of meetings
- Point to point booking of business travels and trips with simple logistics
- Processing of receipts, invoices, travel expenses and maintaining filing for records
- Assist in any other adhoc office events and requests
Qualifications Diploma / Degree
Years of experience Min. 3 years in office and administration
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
