The Cafe Operations Associate is a versatile role that supports both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient cafe operations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House (FOH):
- Greet and assist customers, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Take orders and process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance to SOP
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and entrance.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Back of House (BOH):
- Assist with basic food preparation
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization, including washing dishes and cleaning equipment.
- Manage inventory, including receiving deliveries and stocking supplies.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
General Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on cafe policies and procedures.
- Provide support for special events and additional duties as assigned
