Objective
To plan and implement marketing automation strategies for XCL Schools to increase marketing and admissions performance including but not limited to:
- Increasing digital advertising performance and lead generation by building customer databased and implementing CRM segments for campaign optimization
- Increasing lead to enrolment conversion rates with marketing journeys
- Increasing admissions and marketing productivity by reducing manual processes
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with schools’ marketing and admissions subject matter experts to develop, implement and continuously enhance CRM and marketing automation journeys and campaigns, aligned with customer personas and lifecycles and industry best practices
- Set up performance measurement tools and review and analyze data to identify trends and create data-driven strategies for our marketing and admissions
- Be responsible for the marketing automation software of XCL, leverage latest knowledge and maintain standards, and develop in-house capabilities across XCL schools to optimize marketing performance continuously and utilize new solutions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of marketing automation experience
- Sound knowledge of using automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, implementing web tracking technologies, digital marketing techniques like A/B testing
- Understanding of lead generation procedures and customer life cycle
- Proficient in audience segmentation
- Deep knowledge of consumer psychology and behavior
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
- Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high growth environment.
- Analytical and driven by data metrics, ability to translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
