Job Description:
We are seeking a highly dedicated and flexible individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. This role demands a strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent multitasking abilities. The position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the following responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Stocking and organizing inventory.
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Communicating with team members via WeChat, WhatsApp, and other communication tools.
Job Requirements:
- Working Hours: The candidate must be available to work six days a week, with a minimum of 8 hours per day. Overtime is expected almost every day, including Sundays and public holidays. Shift start times may vary; candidates must be prepared to start as early as 6:30 AM or work late shifts starting at 7:00 PM and may work overnight.
- Location: The work location is not near any MRT stations or bus stops, so reliable transportation is essential.
- Skills:Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues using WeChat and WhatsApp.
- Physical Demands:Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Additional Requirements:Must be punctual and have a strong attendance record.
Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
