- Perform both corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Offer round-the-clock support for troubleshooting and resolving issues on the factory floor.
- Keep detailed records of equipment installation, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost equipment reliability and lower costs.
- Spearhead innovation in factory automation, processes, and systems to enhance productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team of equipment engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Ion-Implant equipment or similar machinery.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Axcells VHE Implanter maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on quality.
