Job scope
- Gather payroll data such as timesheets and working schedule during payroll-processing period.
- Submit payroll claims from AIC, NCSS, and all other manpower grants.
- Perform government paid leave and claim administration.
- Ensure physical and digital employee records (p-file) are properly documented according to audit requirements.
- Process and complete all documentations and updating of HRIS for the entire employee life cycle (confirmation, transfer, re-designation, contract renewal, resignation, etc.).
- Provide administration and logistical support for events, and to HR.
- Order get-well hampers, baby gifts, etc.
- Assist with the issuance of staff uniform.
- Any other payroll and benefits administration projects / assignments as assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline
- Basic knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices and procedures on payroll and CPF
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
- Team player
