As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring process performance, supporting production, and leading projects to enhance process capabilities and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proces Monitoring and Control:
- Track and control process performance indices to maintain high standards.
- Implement corrective actions for out-of-control situations and process issues.
- Optimization and Productivity:
- Enhance process capabilities to meet operational needs.
- Use quality improvement tools to optimize processes and improve productivity.
- Production Support:
- Perform shift duties to support production activities.
- Project Implementation:
- Lead projects aimed at maintaining and improving process capabilities and reliability.
- Develop and characterize new equipment processes.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Work with internal teams and external customers to improve yield and quality.
- Train AEs and Technicians to enhance their technical skills and efficiency.
- Vendor and Audit Management:
- Coordinate with vendors to solve process-related issues and implement performance improvements.
- Establish and maintain a robust audit system for process documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, Chemical, Physics, Material Science, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
