Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for A&H claims
· Ensuring claims are processed within expected turnaround time and compliant with regulatory requirements
· Working with underwriters and other business units to ensure claims are processed accurately and SLA’s are met
· Data entry
· Preparing of pre-set reporting templates
· Managing of enquiries
· Processing of documents
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 3 years of claims related experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
