Responsbilities
- Drive expansion of Contamination Control solutions across fab processes including Lithography, Etching, CVD, Mini-E Tools, and critical processes in UPW.
- Effectively manage and balance pressures related to lead time, yield, and uptime for a customer base focused on quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base ranging from multinational corporations to smaller privately owned entities.
- Lead complex sales engagements, demonstrating proficiency in engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Strategically plan and execute sales initiatives to consistently achieve or exceed corporate sales and revenue targets.
- Identify, assess, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive account records, action plans, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
- Optimize time management and travel schedules to maximize sales coverage and efficiency.
- Conduct instrument demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and build customer confidence.
- Provide regular updates to management on planned activities, account trends, market conditions, and competitive insights.
- Proactively share customer feedback and market insights to inform new product or service opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, contributing to overall organizational growth and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the semiconductor or related industry.
- Strong understanding of contamination control or semiconductor process equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
