A global leader in the energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled STRATEGIC TRANSACTION MANAGER to join their dynamic New Business Development team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of third-party projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end transaction development process, from initial concept to financial close.
- Structure and negotiate complex deals, including BOOT, BOO, and other outsourcing models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to maximize value creation.
- Manage external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and consultants.
- Prepare detailed financial models and conduct economic analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting,
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in transaction development or business development, with a proven track record in complex projects.
- Deep understanding of PPP/BOO/BOOT concession models and project finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
