- Manage planning methods and warehouse storage plan
- Supervise order fulfilment activities in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations
- Execute operational plans in accordance to warehousing standards, policies and procedures
- Manage contingency plans for order processing operations
- Maintain quality standards (e.g. 5S+1, customer requirements and etc.)
- Execute resource plans within business activities (e.g. Equipment, manpower and etc.)
- Execute methods to improve documentation process in accordance to standards, policies and procedures
- Resolve operational shortfall, warehouse operations quality issues and documentation non-conformities
- Supervise operational compliance to service agreements and all revisions
- Conduct learning activities periodically (e.g. Refresher training, on-job-training, training documentation and etc.)
- Investigate into service level failures (e.g. Short ship, cross ship, inventory discrepancies, quality and etc.)
- Manage cargo consolidation plans to save space and cost
- Organise and coordinate continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
- Monitor operational productivity and/or gaps to propose improvement
- Develop solution implementation by operationalising plans and measure performance
- Prepare reports for customers and operations
- Perform billing process
- Supervise order fulfilment activities and meet customers’ requirement
- Handling and manage customer complaint
- Develop mitigating actions / solutions to manage lapses in delivery of logistics services
- Develop measures to improve vendor management capability in the operation
- Manage teams at work (e.g. Overtime, resource planning, performance management, misconducts, on/off-boarding and etc.)
- Ensure billing to customer on time
- Ensure submission of vendor invoice on time
- Execute solution implementation by operationalising plans and measure performance
- Vendor Management
- Manage WSH activities to ensure team’s compliance to requirements
- Ensure teams’ compliance to safety policies, standards and procedures
- Facilitate WSH solutioning discussions around suggestions to improve existing processes
- Participation in safety and health risk assessment
- Conduct learning activities on safety
- Participate in Gemba Walks periodically to identify safety risks/hazards
- Perform safety briefings / sharing and influence reporting of safety risks / hazards
- Operate systems, technology and electronic tools deployed (e.g. SAP, WMS & etc.)
- Work with team members to support technology projects
- Conduct learning activities on systems, technology and electronic tools deployed
- Execute corrective action plans to mitigate systematic performance and/or malfunctions
- Ensure warehouse operations activities in optimization of Packaging materials, optimise waste management- reduce, reuse, and recycle materialsOptimize energy consumption within the warehouse.Optimize transportation routesImplement water-efficient practises in cleaning and maintenance
