Working hours: 44hours/week (4 days 9 hours; 1 day 8 hours)
Location: MBS (FT & PT) & Takashimaya x1 & Jewel x1
Full Time Salary: Basic $1900 - $2300 + commission
Part Time: 35hrs/week ; Basic $1700 (MBS Outlet)
Job Description
- Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
- Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
- To contact customers and perform after sales services
- Attain and maintain required service standards
- Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
- Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
- Maintain housekeeeping standards at the Boutique
