RELIABILITY MANAGER (TO BE RELOCATED TO SAUDI ARABIA)
World's largest oil company which operates across various segments including exploration, production, refining, distribution, and petrochemicals is seeking a talented Reliability Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to the seamless operation of their critical energy infrastructure.
About the Role: As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of their pipeline network, including pumping and compression stations. Your expertise will be instrumental in minimizing downtime, enhancing efficiency, and maximizing asset lifespan.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth reliability studies and analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
· Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track reliability performance and identify trends.
· Leverage data analytics and predictive maintenance technologies to optimize equipment health and prevent failures.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability best practices.
· Continuously explore and implement new technologies to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
· Support engineering design reviews and ensure reliability considerations are integrated.
· Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize equipment failures.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in reliability engineering, with a strong focus on rotating equipment or valves.
· Advanced degree in Reliability Engineering is preferred.
· Proven track record in applying reliability methodologies and tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
