- A reputable British company is looking for a Reservation Agent & Travel Host.
This position is base in Singapore and work from home most of the time. The resort business is based in Indonesia
70% of the time will be doing reservation work for the resort bookings. 30% of the time will be a travel host to provide a VIP experience to escort the guest from Singapore to Batam Ferry Terminal.
Work schedule will be on shift basis , including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Jobscope:
- Respond and manage incoming emails, live chats and phone calls regarding to accommodation enquiries
- Enter new reservations, changes or cancellations into the systems
- Process payments and send confirmation details to customers
- Sort out issues related to bookings or reservations
- Provide support to customers who need to amend or cancel reservations
- Meet and greet guests at the ferry terminal upon arrival
- Assist in the advance collection of boarding passes and luggage check in
- Assist with customs and immigration clearance
- Accompany guests onboard the ferry to Batam and hand them over to the team in Batam.
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in reservations / front desk administration / travel host
- Able to work on weekends and during festive or holiday seasons.
