Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant Manager will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and grow our customer base. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, creative thinking, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet company objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and provide marketing tools and materials that support sales efforts.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to inform future strategies.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management,Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the wholesale or B2B sector. Entry Level will be considered as a Management Trainee.
- Skills:Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools).
