* Responsible for freight procurement and chemical/CPP/GAS/LPG chartering.
* Handle import and export logistics operations to ensure smooth and punctual delivery of shipment.
* Handle trading claims, calculate, analyze, and submit demurrage claims to external counterparties and ensure to maximize the receivables and timely collection.
* Liaise and negotiate with external counterparties and vessel owners for demurrage claims, maintain a pro-active approach and endeavor to minimize profit leakage from the business.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers and shipping companies.
* Conduct research on shipping/logistics market and develop transportation management strategy.
* Handle freight contracting and payment processing in full compliance with company’s requirements and policies.
* Prepare analysis and reports on disputes and claims resolution.
* Perform other duties assigned by management.
