Job Description:
- Prepares and cooks menu items in compliance with menu recipes
- Prepares mise-en-place for daily menus including basic sauces and supplementary garnishes.
- Inform in charge of replenishments
- Proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Ensures high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are always maintained throughout all kitchen areas.
Requirements:
- Basic Asian & Western cooking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
