Responsibilities:
- Maintain BIM standards across all projects
- Evaluate digital technologies and establish implementation plans if suitable
- Support Project BIM teams when required
- BIM management support
- Troubleshooting BIM issues
- Assist with digital technology implementation
- CDE setup
- Establish and execute plans for organization-wide BIM skills upgrading
Requirements:
- Degree in the construction-related field + BIM-related certification
- Minimum of 10 years of BIM technologies with hands-on experience in Construction, including VDC | IDD framework
- Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaborative technology
- Trained and proficient in Advanced Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and also BIM-related applications, such as Synchro, CostX, Cubicost, Dynamo
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Understanding of construction works and processes
- Ability to read technical construction drawings
- Experience in either Civil or Building or both sectors.
