Job Scope
- Based on company and departmental business strategies, develop practical quality management strategic plans.
- Establish and improve the company's quality management system to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Guide the establishment and optimization of quality management systems across business sequences, ensuring uniformity and coordination of these systems.
- Regularly supervise and evaluate the operational effectiveness of the quality management systems, propose improvement suggestions, and implement them.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, assessing, and motivating quality team members to ensure their professional competence and job enthusiasm.
- Develop team goals and performance assessment standards, leading the team to continuously improve organizational capabilities and work efficiency.
- Responsible for setting quality standards and managing IPD process during product development stages to ensure product design quality.
- Manage supplier quality, establish and monitor supplier quality standards to ensure stable supply chain quality.
- Supervise quality control during production processes, promptly identify and resolve quality issues during production.
- Responsible for post-launch quality improvement of products, collect customer feedback, analyze quality issues, and drive quality enhancements.
- Build and optimize work standards, processes, and systems to enhance overall work efficiency.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 – 5 years related experience in quality management
- Familiar with using quality management tools such as QC Seven Tools, 8D, Five Tools, PDCA, QCC is an advantage
