Job Description
- Support founders and head of product’s vision of building the Asia’s largest growth capital fintech platform
- Contribute to overall Choco Up’s product strategy and roadmap, product development, and go-to-market planning across multiple products, eg. Data integrations, Funding Automation, Payments, Virtual Cards, Business Intelligence etc.
- Research, design and deliver products that empower businesses to grow via our fintech innovations
- Analyse user needs and translate into innovative product designs with optimized user experience
- Write detailed product requirements and perform user acceptance test of each products
- Work closely with UX/UI team, development team, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality products
- Maintain and prioritize the feedback from users/ internal teams, make difficult trade-offs and drive product roadmap
- Participate in user research, competitive product analysis and data analysis
- Initiative to identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems and be able to provide solutions
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of product management experience in ideating, building and optimizing digital products. Previous experience in financial/fintech products, payments, eCommerce, business intelligence is a plus; exceptional fresh grads are welcome to apply as well
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field preferred; advanced degrees is a plus
- Experience and knowledge in agile development, capable of driving multiple products simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details, capability to making data-driven decisions quickly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- A Self-starter and problem solver, ability to work independently and drive for changes
- Passionate to startups, willing to learn, being flexible with can-do attitude
