- Overseeing employee matters to ensure prompt processing of attendance and payment;
- Review existing work processes and systems and implement efficient processes and systems to
- optimize operational workflows and enhance productivity;
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with work improvement
- plans to ensure consistency and compliance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement
- strategic initiatives to address operational challenges;
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and
- systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation;
- Regular review of team dynamics to ensure relevancy in current job roles and responsibilities of
- the team;
- Manage the team’s communications with the different stakeholders in respond to stakeholders’ enquiries.
