Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, and installation crews.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before project commencement.
- Quality Assurance and Control
- Verify that all materials and equipment meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plan promptly.
- Customer Interaction and Handover:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee the final inspection and commissioning of solar systems.
- Conduct final customer training on system operation and maintenance.
- Post-Installation Support:
- Handle any customer issues or concerns that arise after project completion.
- Coordinate with the service team to resolve technical problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably 1-2 years in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and installation processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification or similar is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
