Overview:
The Printing Assistant is responsible for the preparation of materials such as study resources / worksheets / examinations papers for the school. The candidate plays an inportant role in supporting the school's operation through assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing machinery and providing general support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In charge of Processing & completing all printing requests from the staff for School Materials and Papers.
- Preparing and verifying documents.
- Tabulating & submission on a monthly basis the amount of printing/meter reading carried out using the machines.
- Managing Printing records and statistics.
- Ordering and replenish the consumables associated with school supplies and printing needs.
- Managing & ordering school inventories and consumables.
- General administration to support Admin Team and adhoc tasks
Requirements:
- Customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable in operating printing-related machines.
- To display traits such as service oriented attitute.
- The ability to complete tasks within deadlines.

- Working hours: Weekdays, 8am to 5 pm
