My Client is a leading player in the manufacturing industry. They are dedicated to excellence and innovation, and they're currently looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to join their team and drive their financial strategy to new heights.

Salary: Up to $12,500
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and transactions.
- Manage the orders-to-cash function, providing strategic direction and maintaining up-to-date sales contract databases.
- Analyze and optimize excess and obsolete/aging inventory.
- Develop staff to maintain high morale, motivation, and productivity, with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory accounting and taxation, reconciling all balance sheets monthly.
- Lead month-end processes, including reviewing and approving journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparing monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory financial regulations.
- Partner with operations to resolve internal audit actions.
- Champion the ERP system to improve processes and efficiency within Finance and the wider business.
- Monitor revenue and overheads, proposing corrective actions as necessary.
- Review pricing queries to maintain margins and profitability, obtaining necessary approvals.
- Evaluate new market introductions, analyze product margins, ROI, and the impact of commercial discussions.
- Lead the preparation of strategic plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Provide business insights, analysis, and recommendations to the Management Leadership team.
- Review and challenge business performance.
- Partner with the Finance Director on Long Range Planning.
- Drive improvements in the annual budget process, ensuring consistency.
- Liaise between countries and global FP&A on financial matters and communications.
- Lead finance-related projects and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with CPA, or ACCA
- 7 years in a similar capacity with team management experience
- Strong compliance and statutory technical skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting and inventory management
- High computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Excel. Experience using JD Edward system will be desired.
