Job Description
- Ensure that machines and equipment inside Gaming Room are functioning.
- Attend to players’ requests and needs.
- Observe and abide by the Standard Operating Procedures when doing the opening, closing, payment, and reporting.
- Facilitate weekly collection and servicing of machines.
- Ensure that the Gamingg Room is clean.
- Attend to any tasks assigned by the Executive.
Job Requirement
- Secondary Level or relevant experience.
- Above 1-2 years experience in customer service.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Possess initiative.
- Team player
- Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- 6 days work week (44 hours per week)
- Routing Shift work (1st shift 8.30am to 4.30pm / 2nd shift 2.30pm to 10.30pm, Mid Shift 11am -7pm, 8.30am to 8.30pm)
