Clinic assistant/ ophthalmic technician needed by eye clinic in Paragon. Use multiple state-of-the-art machines to assess patients’ eye. Able to liase with English and Mandarin or Malay speaking patients both adults and children.

Requirements:
. Candidates with previous eye clinic experience or relevant experience will be an advantage
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Acceptable grooming standards
· Must like children as half the patients are children
Role and responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer services
- Patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Operate various eye check machines to assess patients' eye
- Maintain patient medical records
- Perform inventory management
- Provide administrative support
- Assist doctor during consultation
- Ad hoc tasks
Hours:
· Monday to Friday office hours 845am to 545pm
· Saturday 845am to 1245pm
· No night or Sunday clinics
