Job responsibilities:
- Daily Allocation of taxis and PHC car to hirers, new or existing hirer replacement
- Ensure daily processing of hiring out of taxis and PHC car with target to increase revenue fleet
- Manage the incentives and rebates payout to driver
- Propose and participate in User Acceptance Testing of Fleet Management System enhancements
- Generate and prepare reports on scheduling and allocation of vehicles – taxis and PHC
- Monitor and answer to drivers’ enquiries thru CMS or CRM system and also walk in drivers' queries
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports / presentation slides
- Relevant experience in customer service or operations
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
