Role and responsibilities
- Develop existing clients base
- Acquire new clients
- Clarify job requirements
- Monitor applicants and screen candidates
- Arrange and conduct qualification interviews for candidates
- Negotiate candidates' salary and terms and conditions of employment
- Report on activity
Requirements
- ITE or diploma, CEI
- 2+ years of experience
- 1st experience in external recrutement
- Experience in IT recruitment is a definite advantage
- Experience in business developemnt (360 or 180) is highly recommended
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Able to work under pressure and goal-driven
- Proficient with Office tools (Word/Excel/PPT)
