To enhance workplace health and safety management in the following aspects
1) Assist management of EHS program to achieve target and
administrate safety management system
- Compliance to all Singapore legislation in related to EHS
requirements
- Company’s policies and procedures, ISO14K & 45K
- Understood and implement corporate procedures
2) Engaging with line operation in implementing of EHS programs
through providing support on communication & training
3) Provide advisory to Project in-charge pertaining to EHS requirement
and eliminating of potential hazards before commencing work
- New machine purchase/process line development
- Facility improvement and maintenance programs
4) Review risk assessment and administrate PTWs for all hazardous
work
– Company and Contractors
- Ensure all mitigating measures are in place before issuing PTW
5) Conduct safety buy off on new machine installation/new process
line startup
6) Conduct accident investigation and establishing the root cause and
corrective action
7) Work schedule may require performing night duties
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Chemical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years’
experience in a manufacturing environment
2. Certified Safety Officer
3. Good knowledge in legal requirements regulations relating to
Environmental, Safety and Health
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills
5. Positive attitude to motivate and inspire workers and contractors at
workplace
6. Adaptability to changes in work environment
