Responsibilities
- Provides technical guidance and leadership to team members.
- Responsible for financial and statutory reporting to ensure timely monthly closing and compliance oversight on company's policies, international accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Business partnering with internal stakeholders, shared services on manpower cost, opex management, cash optimization, performance management and in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Ensure efficient accounts receivables, accounts payable, inventory and cash flow management process.
- Participate and drive continuous improvement initiatives to harmonize and simplify Finance
processes. - Support any ad-hoc projects, tasks, new processes and system implementation when required.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant Accountancy, Business or similar Finance
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience with strong exposure for overall finance management.
- Experience in overseeing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare sector or SAP will be an advantage
- Team player and partner multi-disciplinary colleagues
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
