Sales & Events Executive

Reddot Craft Brewing Pte. Ltd.

Your role will be integral to supporting the sales and marketing teams in achieving their objectives. You will play a vital part in executing marketing campaigns, managing sales-related tasks, and contributing to the growth and visibility of the company's products. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude will contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support: Assist in managing customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure exceptional customer service.
    Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status.
    Prepare sales reports and presentations as directed by the sales team.
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and advertising initiatives.
    Assist in creating content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online posts.
    Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Help build and maintain positive customer relationships by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
    Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the sales and marketing teams for product and service improvements.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential target markets.
    Compile and analyze data related to consumer preferences and behavior to inform marketing strategies.
    Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and promotional efforts.
  5. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches.
    Coordinate logistics, materials, and promotional items for events.
    Assist in setting up event booths and engaging with attendees.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
    Arrange meetings, maintain calendars, and assist in travel arrangements.
    Manage marketing and sales-related documents and files.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
