Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly overall team sales targets are met.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to maintain productivity, work quality, and team morale.
- Develop and guide the sales team in business processes, product knowledge, and lead generation.
- Track and review sales staff performance, provide revenue forecasts against sales targets, and address any performance gaps.
- Perform due diligence to ensure the accuracy of all Credit Proposals submitted by Relationship Managers.
- Stay updated with the latest market needs and trends to build new business, identify opportunities, and establish new prospects.
- Maintain good business networking to explore opportunities and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, or Mortgage and Property Loans.
- At least 3 years of experience in people management and coaching.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record.
