Roles & Responsibilities:
· Support the Operation Team in the timely matching, clearing and settlement of clients' trades with Exchanges, Clearing Brokers and Prime Brokers.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders with the Client Services Team to give an exception clearing experience to the clients.
· Ensure timely and automated reporting to Exchanges & Regulators.
· Participate actively in system enhancements, system upgrades and process automations to eliminate operational risks or enhance experience.
· Involved in regular brainstorming to simplify operational processes (including upstream and downstream integration) through constant process reengineering effort.
· Develop and maintain operational policies, standards, frameworks, process flows, and procedures that meets international best practices.
· Assist in the planning, prioritizing, ideating, and implementing of new initiatives outside the scope of trade settlements.
Requirements:
· Recognized degree from reputable universities.
· Good working knowledge of matching, clearing, settlement, and margining processes of Exchange-traded derivatives
· Hands-on working experienced in working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software.
· Hands-on working experience in python coding, including the use of key python libraries such as Pandas, Matplotlib, Requests, BeautifulSoup for data handling and data visualization.
· Familiar with flowchart tools such as Figma, Miro, Visio, Draw.io or equivalent.
· In addition to English, a strong proficiency in writing, reading and speaking Chinese language is a must.
· Willing and open to shift work (rotating between Asia, Europe and US hours).
· Able to interact and communicate effectively within and across business or/and support units, including collaboration with our China-based support units.
