Job Description
· Responsible for planning and monitoring schedule for all projects.
· Work closely with drafters and perform quality check of all drawings before production on site.
· Ensure the execution of works, products and services are in accordance with the customers’ requirements, drawings and specifications, etc and direct the carrying out of remedial measures to any non-conformances immediately upon discovery.
· Develop construction plans, and various quality and safety control measures, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and plans.
· Efficiently utilize labor resources, monitor quality changes during work, and coordinate self-inspections and mutual inspections of quality and safety.
· Review project quantities and promptly handle visa procedures.
· Organize the final acceptance of projects and coordinate the handling of design changes and project negotiations during construction.
· Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional communication skills, and effective organizational coordination abilities.
· Liaise with Party A’s supervisor, strictly adhere to assigned tasks, and comply with directives.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
· BCA is basic requirement.
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
· Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
· Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
· Experience in managing and supervising construction teams.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
