Retail Sales Associate (Watches)
- Working Day: 5.5 or 6 days/ week (discuss during interview)
- Working Hours: : 10.30 am to 10 pm (depends roster)
- Working Location: Bedok , Tampines , AMK , Jurong and Serangoon
- Salary: S$ 2,000 - S$ 2,400 + Commission, Gross up to S$ 3,500+
Responsibilities
- Able to work in retail as well as live streaming for Company’s channel on Tik Tok, Douyin, XHS etc.
- Coordinate after sales orders with logistics team
- Passionate in sharing and promoting products what you love to viewers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Communicate effectively to customers on all sales promotions, free gifts or any other promotions.
- Learn all the watch knowledge and able to perform change of watch battery.
- Responsible for retail store daily operation
- Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner
- Execute merchandising display as per the Installation Guidelines, to ensure a clean and tidy store presentation
Requirements
- Preferred retail or selling watches experience
- Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
