Leasing and Facilities Management Executive (CS|AO)
Job Summary:

Location: Central
Working days: 5 days, Mon – Fri
Salary Range: up to $3500 (Depend on experience) + VB
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Leasing:
- Handle all leasing matters throughout the property lifecycle.
- Lease out and manage owned or leased properties, from prospecting to securing tenancies.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, addressing any facilities-related issues promptly.
- Draft and review tenancy agreements, ensuring legal compliance.
- Manage rental arrears and enforce lease terms as necessary.
- Foster long-term customer relationships to maintain positive landlord-tenant interactions.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Facilities Management:
- Plan and schedule maintenance works and projects, including upgrades and renovations as necessary.
- Review maintenance contracts, ensuring specifications meet standards, and seek approval for execution.
- Conduct periodic inspections of all properties to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Assist the Manager in Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operating Expenditure (Opex) planning.
- Manage office operations for the Head Office, ensuring smooth functioning.
