We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our client’s team to design and implement systems that improve facilities management. You will manage agile projects, collaborate with architects and platform teams, and present technical designs to leadership. You'll also drive technology adoption and mentor developers to enhance team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement systems and workflows to enhance facilities management operations.
- Communicate effectively using UML and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies.
- Collaborate with users to define objectives, write, and edit user stories for agile projects.
- Partner with architects and platform teams to develop and integrate platform software.
- Present technical designs to management and senior leadership.
- Demonstrate the impact and improvements of technical solutions to users and management.
- Promote the adoption of modern technologies, practices, and tools in software projects.
- Mentor and guide fellow developers to enhance team efficiency and competency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in agile environments as a product or technical lead.
- Certified Scrum Master with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Ability to mentor and guide developers to improve team efficiency.
- Led design, development, and implementation of large-scale, highly available enterprise systems.
- Completed at least one full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience in software development on cloud platforms.
- Skilled with Java/JEE, HTML5/CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, NodeJS, AngularJS or ReactJS, Hibernate, JavaScript, XML, and related technologies.
- Proficient in UML notation tools for communication and design.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and web app/database development.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS).
- Knowledge of Software Change/Configuration Management and build processes.
