Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales administrative tasks, from order processing to invoicing, and liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including visitor hospitality and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and assist with Accounts Receivable follow-up as required.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and managing documents.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holders is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
