• Actively hunt for business (Import and Export shipments) Hunter & Farmer role.
• Identifies, develops, and retains new / existing business relationship
• Maintains relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance
• Maintain and develop business with new / existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and ensure rates to customers are updated.
• Co-ordinate with Sales Support and Operations Team to ensure shipments are in order.
• Responsible for individual sales goals, KPIs and account receivables.
Job Requirements
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales experience with proven sales track record within Freight Forwarding and/or NVOCC Industry.
• Good knowledge of International Trade and freight forwarding processes.
• Strong selling experience, preferably from a consolidator &/or a mid-sized global sea-air forwarder.
• Result driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess own vehicle, an advantage
• Possess strong hunter mentality
