- Position : Accounts Assistant (Simple Duties) – Up top $2,700 Basic – Tiong Bahru
- Location : Tiong Bahru
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00 PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,700 Basic + Meal Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days Annual Leave (1st Year)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
- Handle daily operations like invoice/receipt entries, bank transactions.
- Assist with general ledger and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing management reports.
- Support preparation of budgets and financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes.
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounts or related
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
