Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive safety documentation, including:
Risk assessment reports
Safety work procedures
Safe work method statements
Job safety analysis
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety incidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees at all levels.
Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Stay updated on changes in Singapore's safety regulations and industry best practices.
