Job Summary:
An Engineering Receptionist with Instrument Registration Duties serves a dual role that combines basic engineering tasks related to instrument registration with receptionist responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Instrument Registration:
1. Data Entry:
- Register new instruments into the company's database.
- Ensure all instrument information is accurately entered, including specifications, calibration dates, and serial numbers.
2. Documentation:
- Maintain and update records of all registered instruments.
- Ensure proper documentation is filed and stored correctly.
3. Basic Inspection:
- Perform initial checks on instruments for obvious defects or issues.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to senior engineers or technicians.
4. Inventory Management:
- Assist in tracking inventory levels of instruments.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Receptionist Duties:
1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk and handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding company services and procedures.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Handle mail and package deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the appropriate recipients.

Qualifications:
